Giordano PH is committed to providing high-quality apparel; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and socks are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Keep your official receipt or online order confirmation as proof of purchase.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit any Giordano physical store nationwide to present your return request and documentation.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging. If returning via courier for an online order, send the package to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Verification and Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via the original payment method or store credit.
